The Spanish Oaks Apartment Project is the rehabilitation and repositioning of a once blighted community located in the City of Indianapolis. The property is an 824 unit apartment complex that is situated on 51 acres in a park like setting. The residential units are currently undergoing a complete renovation and utility upgrade where the Tenant’s will be individually billed for their own utility expenses. The property was rebranded and is now the only true bilingual apartment community located in one of the fastest growing Hispanic populations in the United States.
