Urban Offering Construction, Inc. (“UOC”) specializes in multi-family residential and commercial construction, including renovations, tenant improvements, office, and industrial projects. Our company was founded on the principles of integrity, quality, and professionalism. Our team has over 50 years of experience in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Development Management. UOC is considered a boutique organization with “big” project experience.

Current projects include the renovation of the Spanish Oaks Apartments, an 824 unit affordable housing project located on fifty-one (51) acres in Indianapolis, Indiana. The project included HOME Fund dollars that was subject to Davis-Bacon requirements. Exterior restoration of the Falcon Point Apartments project that suffered tornado damage and has now been restored structurally and sits in an air tight condition. Preconstruction services for Cedar Glen Storage, a 100,000 square foot self storage facility located in Lake Arrowhead, CA.
